Rozstrzygnięcie w przedmiocie dotacji podejmuje Prezydent Miasta. Informację o naborze wniosków będzie publikowane na tablicy ogłoszeń oraz na stronie internetowej www.zory.pl. Udzielenie dotacji następuje na podstawie umowy zawartej pomiędzy Miastem i Inwestorem.
Lead time
The decision on the subsidy is taken by the Mayor of the Town. Information about the call for applications will be published on the notice board and on the website www.zory.pl.The subsidy is granted on the basis of an agreement concluded between the Town and the Investor.
Wymagane dokumenty
1. Wniosek wraz z załącznikiem nr 1 do wniosku.
2. Dokument potwierdzający tytuł prawny do nieruchomości, a w przypadku współwłasności – pisemna zgoda wszystkich współwłaścicieli na ubieganie się o dotację.
3. Wyniki badań geotechnicznych, określające dopuszczalność zastosowania konkretnego rozwiązania technicznego (studni chłonnej lub drenażu rozsączającego).
4. Certyfikaty, atesty lub inne dokumenty potwierdzające możliwość uzyskania wymaganych dla instalacji parametrów oczyszczania ścieków.
5. Kopie dokumentu stwierdzającego uprawnienia osób wykonujących/dozorujących prace w specjalności instalacyjnej w zakresie sieci, instalacji i urządzeń wodociągowych i kanalizacyjnych.
6. Dokumenty potwierdzające zgłoszenie realizacji przedsięwzięcia do właściwego organu administracji, z adnotacją lub zaświadczeniem o braku sprzeciwu do zgłoszenia urządzenia wodnego oraz zgłoszenia budowy przydomowej oczyszczalni ścieków.
7. Dokumentacja techniczna bądź instrukcja obsługi, dokumenty nie są obligatoryjne, ale ich przedłożenie przyczyni się do szybszej realizacji sprawy.

1. Application form together with attachment no. 1 to the application form,
2. A document confirming legal title to the property, and in the case of joint ownership, the written consent of all co-owners to apply for a subsidy.
3. Geotechnical test results, determining the permissibility of using a specific technical solution (absorption well or percolation drainage).
4. Certificates, approvals, or other documents confirming the feasibility of achieving the required sewage treatment parameters for the installation.
5. Copies of a document confirming the qualifications of the persons performing/supervising installation work in the field of water and sewage networks, systems, and devices.
6. Documents confirming the notification of the project to the appropriate administrative body, with an annotation or a certificate of no objection to the notification of the water facility and the notification of the construction of a domestic sewage treatment plant.
7. Technical documentation or an operating manual. These documents are not mandatory, but their submission will contribute to faster implementation.
