Required Documents
Application containing numbers of plots for which the certificate is to be issued. The application may be prepared independently or using the form available on the Office website and at the inquiry desk. The application should be accompanied by a copy of the current basic map in a scale of 1: 500 or 1: 1000, or a site location map. The map shall show outlined boundaries of the plots (or underlined plot numbers) for which the certificate is to be issued. Attached can be photocopies of maps and printouts from the city plan made available on www.zory.pl

Opłata skarbowa: - 17 zł za wydanie zaświadczenia
Fees
Stamp duty: PLN 17.00 paid along with submitting the application. The stamp duty is paid in cash at the cash desk of the City Hall or to the account of the City Hall no.:

Document confirming the payment of the fee should be attached to the application.
Tryb odwoławczy
Odmowa wydania zaświadczenia dokonywana jest w formie postanowienia.
Appeal mode
The refusal to issue the certification is made in the form of a decision. The decision may be appealed against to the Local Government Appeal Court in Katowice within 7 days from the date of delivery of the decision to the applicant. The complaint should be submitted to the Żory Town Hall, Al. Wojska Polskiego 25.
