The certificate confirming the data contained in the register of residents and the register of residence of foreigners shall be issued to the data subject or to a proxy acting under his/her authority.

Lead time
Generally, in the case of direct arrival at the Population Register Office, the certificate is issued immediately, while in cases requiring an investigation it takes up to seven days.

- Dokument potwierdzający tytuł prawny do lokalu (w oryginale, do wglądu - w przypadku uzyskiwania informacji o ilości osób zameldowanych w lokalu lub braku zameldowania osób w lokalu),
- Pełnomocnictwo, jeżeli osoba działa przez pełnomocnika

PLN 17 - stamp duty, which may be paid directly at the stamp duty machine located in Żory Town Hall, 9 Rynek St. or to the bank account of Żory Town Hall, 25 Aleja Wojska Polskiego - ING Bank Śląski o/ Żory 95 1050 1070 1000 0022 1347 7389.
Tryb odwoławczy
Appeal mode
A decision on refusal to issue a certificate or a certificate with the content requested by a person may be appealed against to the Governor of the Silesian Voivodship through the Mayor of Żory, within seven days of delivery of the decision to the party.
