Article 127 of the Education Law of 14 December 2016 and the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 7 September 2017 on judgments and opinions issued by adjudication teams operating in public psychological and pedagogical counseling centers.

Additional info
In the case of pupils who do not live in Żory, the parents' (legal guardians') application for referral to special education should be submitted to the Starosta (District Governor) competent for the child's place of residence.
